Cancellation Policy

Seller’s Terms and Conditions 1 - Non refundable deposit due at time of booking. 2 - Social media manage and content creation are not the same. Customer must provide Snap Scene with items to manage. 3 - Snap Scene LLC must have access to social media accounts to be managed. 4 - The more responsive you are, the faster we'll be. 5- Customer decides which platforms will be used. Additional platforms may come at additional cost. 6 - Customer will provide Snap Scene with logo and other branding items requested. 7 - If customer has not provided Snap Scene with any graphic templates, Snap Scene will create social media graphics for complimentary use during social media management term/timeframe. Graphics created, minus the images provided by customer, are intellectual property of Snap Scene and cannot be duplicated, edited or distributed without written expressed permission from Snap Scene LLC. 8 - The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract through friendly negotiations amongst the parties. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation, the dispute will be resolved using this Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure. Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Contract will be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation is not successful in resolving the entire dispute, outstanding issues will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the AAA. 9 - Again, deposits are non refundable. 10 - Customer is allowed up to three changes per graphic assigned to included day. For example, if customer doesn't like the graphic for Monday, feedback will be provided and a change will take place up to three times.
