Snap Scene was thrilled to kick off the back-to-school season in style at PS 15 in Queens, NY! This year, we were invited to help make the first day back even more memorable for students, teachers, parents, and administrators alike. And how did we do that? With a one-of-a-kind step and repeat backdrop that took those classic back-to-school photos to the next level!
The energy was electric from the moment we set up our backdrop. The principal gave an incredible welcome, setting the tone for the school year, but what really made our day were the parents’ faces. We overheard one parent excitedly exclaim, “We’re going to have the best back-to-school photos on Facebook!” And she wasn’t wrong! With our Snap Scene setup, those photos were nothing short of show-stopping.
Snap Scene’s founder, Iya Thomas, was on-site to interact with the crowd and help anyone who might have forgotten their phone (it happens!) or didn’t have one handy. No one was left out, as we made sure everyone had their moment in front of the camera. The students were beaming, eager to show off their first-day fits, and it truly brought the community together. It wasn’t just about photos—it was about building morale, excitement, and setting a fun, positive tone for the year ahead.
This creative take on back-to-school was exactly what PS 15 needed to kick things off right, and Snap Scene was elated to be such an integral part of the experience.
